Radio repair service rates are based on the radio type plus parts costs. And when applicable, return shipping and COD charges. Prices for any modifications will vary from those listed for repair. Like the Superstar, Galaxy, Mirage, Tri-Star, Yosan, Connex, and Palomar. 10 Meter Ham Rig's, like the TS-5010, RCI-2950, 2970, 2980, 2990, HR-2510, HR-2600, ProStar 400, Titan RPST-485, are $55 for the first two hours of work, $10 for each additional hour, plus any parts cost. The first two hours covers most every repair, but once in a while I'll get in a really ugly radio that has been used for as Big-Rig dust collector, or Shake-N-Bake testing. These will, and do require a strip down, cleaning, and rebuilding. Then there are the ones with 10 sound toy's, echo-reverb, and total rewired and modified circuits. It takes longer but the radio comes back in the best shape possible. Power Supply repair is $35 plus Parts and return shipping. What you get for the fixed rate includes a full frequency alignment and adjustment for optimum functionality and reliability.
