These Shipping prices are typical for most Export, and large domestic radios. Purchaser pays ALL Shipping & handling fee's unless otherwise stated on the Web Page. Antennas are expensive to ship via UPS. Once length plus grith goes over 84 inches the cost sykrockets. Pri-Mail is more cost effective when the total Length plus grith is under 108 inches. However it can not be used once length plus grith exceeds 108 inches.

Bill's 2-Way places a $4.00 Handling fee on the first box used in filling an order, an additional $2.00 handling fee on each additional box.

All credit card shipments require an adult signature at time of delivery. You may waive this as a customer, but Bill's 2-Way will not assume responsibility for delivery if you do. And if stolen from your delivery point, it will be your responsibility to recover lost funds from the shipper. UPS places a $2.00 fee on each box that requires a signature. This is added to your shipping total.

Mailers may retrieve delivery status through the Internet or the toll-free number 800-222-1811. Available for Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Bound Printed Matter, Special Standard Mail, and Library Mail.

Insured Mail: Provides coverage against loss or damage. Coverage up to $5,000 for Standard Mail (B) as well as Standard Mail matter mailed at Priority Mail or First-Class Mail rates. Items must not be insured for more than their value. For items insured for more than $50, restricted delivery and return receipt service are also available. The amount of insurance coverage for loss will be the actual value, less depreciation. No claim payments are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.

Most Export Radios Have NO MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.
Only Galaxy "DX" Series Export Radios carry a TWO Year WARRANTY that covers Factory Defects.
Northstar Export Radios carry a One Year WARRANTY that covers Factory Defects.
Bill's CB gives you a full 30 day repair warranty on the EXPORTS Radios purchased here. As long as the Export Radio has not been abused or damaged by operator error in anyway, the repair will be free. You will only pay for shipping cost in both directions to Bill's CB repair center.
Radios by RCI, "Ranger Communications Inc." are only covered by manufacturers warranties, and are not covered under this agreement. Also not covered are any of the Emperor, Summerkamp or Mirage Amateur transceivers. Nor are the RF transistors covered in any amplifier with the exception of the VHF / UHF amplifiers made by RF Technologies.
What is meant by operator error. Well anything that could cause damage to the unit, or any unit when done. Like dropped, or jarred bad enough to cause visual damage. Or hooking up the power reversed, transmitting with no or a bad antenna. Overdriving an amplifier to get every last watt out of it, or oversized fuses in the fuse holder will also void this agreement. Also not covered are the RF power devices used in power amplifiers. If these are damaged in anyway the cost of replacement will be the responsibility of the owner. With the possible ecception of the Amateur Radio VHF/UHF models that carry a manufacturers warranty.
PRICING: Bill's 2-Way will pass on decreases in pricing to our customers whenever possible. Sometimes there are increases, so please confirm pricing when ordering. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
COD ORDERS: Bill's 2-Way will No longer take orders to be paid via COD. This has become necessary due to changes at UPS no longer accepting CASH on delivery. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: please understand that returned equipment not originally manufactured in the US will be subject to valuation and custom charges, plus broker's fees Check customs before shipping anything back to Bill's 2-way, including new equipment for warranty repair. Bill's 2-Way will not accept any shipments from outside the USA unless all fees are paid in advance.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a shipment and discover damage to it, NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT return merchandise to us until notified to do so by the carrier. Retain all packaging materials including Styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier-without this, your claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Defective items should be returned to Bill's 2-Way or the Manufacturer for Warranty Repair or replacement, at the option of Bill's 2-Way.
RETURNS: In order to maintain lowest possible prices, and due to the fact that Returned items cannot be sold as New Equipment, Bill's 2-Way is unable to offer Free Trial or Evaluation. If permitted, an AUTHORIZED return of merchandise for credit will be subject to a 20% Restocking FEE. Item must be returned in its original like new condition and in it's original packing material WITHIN 10 DAYS, prepaid, with a copy of your purchase invoice and a note describing the reason for return. No returns on antennas, towers, rotors, cable, items drop-shipped from the manufacturer, kits, add in echo boards, roger beep boards, expander kits,any radio modification kit, sound toys, books, component parts, microphones with ear buds, ear bud speakers, or computer software.
