The Cobra 29 LTD Classic is probably the hottest selling mobile unit available today.  Not too hard on the budget, but a great looking mobile radio with just enough features to get out and have fun.  Amazingly, Cobra has been making this cb radio for more than 25 years now.  Although the original version looked a little different than the current model that's made today, the main setup and controls are pretty much the same overall.  Plenty of buttons and knobs to play with, however if you're a SSB talker, this may not be the best radio for you.  It's a standard AM 40 channel model.

Even though the Cobra 29 LTD Classic has an automatic noise limiter, in some installations ignition interference may be high enough to make good communications impossible.  Many possibilities exist and variations between vehicles require different solutions.
